Refund Policy
This policy applies to Planets payments processed through Stripe, including one-time support and Planets subscription plans.

1. Scope
This policy covers Planets payments, including customer-chosen one-time support and Planets subscription plans processed through Stripe. Planets remains free to browse.
2. Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error or want to request a refund for a support payment, contact contact@stardusting.net with the email used for purchase and any Stripe receipt or order details you have available.
Approved refunds are generally processed through Stripe and may be subject to Stripe, card network, bank, or payment-method processing timelines.
3. Subscriptions and Cancellation
One-time support payments do not renew automatically and do not unlock features, credits, ranking, verification, or priority. Planets subscription plans renew until canceled.
You may cancel a Planets subscription through Stripe or by contacting contact@stardusting.net with the email used for purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.
